The Maker Behind the Magic
Julie Hansberry discovered her love for sewing as a young girl, and what began as childhood curiosity has blossomed into a lifelong devotion to the art of couture. Formally trained in fashion design, she has spent decades perfecting her technique — attending workshops and seminars to keep her craft sharp and inspired.
After raising her family and accompanying her husband's career across continents, Julie returned to her truest calling: creating garments and embroidered pieces that carry meaning, memory, and meticulous artistry.
Today from her Minneapolis studio, Julie creates bespoke pieces for clients who believe clothing should be more than fabric — it should be a story worn close to the skin.
